- To penetrate more in market with an approach to key customers and also expanding sub-dealer network in their regional market.
- To keep eye on market (market intelligence).
- Business development in their regional market & to achieve sales execution of Broadcast Products & Industrial Products.
- Should create awareness and discipline in the channel partners on updating of Databases and Forecasting.
- Should be able to inculcate strong sales and follow up on consumables in lost customer.
- To improve the overall sales in his region for the Broadcast & Industrial product to maintain the market leadership in all product lines and continues growth in this segment.
- Ensure collection of payments & ST Forms on or before due date.
- To develop dealer / distributor sales Team by learning then about technologies and better coordination for smooth business.
- To focus on dealer management, communication skill & to upgrade pre-press knowledge in applications.
- To support regions and help in SAP related activities.
- To assist team in day to day basis and help them by sharing total industry experience and market information's.
- Area Sales Manager should have an experience of at least 4 years to 7 years of product sales in similar industry or field.
- Should be working in the similar capacity for at least 2+ years.
- RSM should be a graduate in Engineering with MBA or equivalent in marketing from a Premier Business School.
